What is the maximum Handicap Index®?

The maximum Handicap Index® is 54.0 for all players.

For competitions, the Committee may set a maximum Handicap Index® for entry and may also limit the Course Handicap™ or Playing Handicap™ used for the event. For more information, please see Rule 5.3 of the Rules of Handicapping.
