How do I edit the email address on my USGA Admin Portal login?

If you need to update the email address linked to a Club Admin’s USGA Admin Portal access, there are two ways to make the change.

Option 1: Ask another Club Admin to update it

If another Club Admin at your club has access to the USGA Admin Portal, they can update the email address by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the USGA Admin Portal and go to the Account tab on your club profile.
  2. In the left-hand menu, select Manage Users.
  3. Find the Club Admin whose email needs to be updated and click Edit next to their name.
  4. Enter the new email address in the pop-up window and click Save.
  5. After the update is saved, we recommend clicking Generate Link to create a password reset link and sending it to the Club Admin whose email was updated.

Option 2: Contact WA Golf for help

If no other Club Admin can make the change, or if you run into any issues, please contact WA Golf at handicapping@wagolf.org and we’ll be happy to help.

Important note

We recommend using the same email address for a Club Admin’s USGA Admin Portal access and their personal GHIN record. This allows them to use the same login credentials for both.
